We are recruiting for a Specialist: Employee Relations.

Diploma + Advanced Diploma / B-Degree in Human Resource, Employee Relations, Law or a related field.

Admitted Attorney is preferred.

8 years relevant work experience in Employee Relations.

4 years specialist experience Operational Level.

Proven track record in managing collective bargaining, collective agreement design and implementation, dispute handling, wage negotiations and negotiations within an unionised environment.

Proven track record of developing, planning and implementing employee relations policies, practices, guidelines and initiatives within a corporate environment.

Must have experience in conciliation, mediation and arbitration.

Proven track record of presenting cases at CCMA.

Relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.

Risk Management practices and principles.

Business Acumen.

Individual Labour Law protocols.

Collective Bargaining principles.

CCMA and Labour Court protocols.

Computer Literacy.

Labour Contract Law
