+ Responsibilities:
- Oversee property maintenance
- Interview and select tenants, in collaboration with the landlord
- Secure signed leases, property inspections and ensure compliance thereto
- Track rental payment and issue reminders and LOD's as required
- A matric certificate
- Full computer literacy, with own device and internet access li>< li > Own transport < / li >< li > Experience in property management < / li >< li > At least 3 character references < / li >< / ul >
