    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Strategy: Spearheaded a multidisciplinary marketing team, guiding the development and execution of innovative strategies that resonate with our corporate goals. Foster a culture of innovation, inspiring team members to exceed their potentials.

    Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budget allocations efficiently, optimizing the use of resources to maximize team performance and achieve marketing objectives.

    Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize campaign performances, and predict market trends, aiming to maximize ROI.

    Brand Strategy: Develop and implement robust brand strategies across our diverse brand portfolio, ensuring market differentiation and building significant brand equity.

    Social media: Redefine our approach to social media, significantly increasing our social footprint and engagement levels, thereby bolstering our brand's market leadership.

    Graphic Design: Lead graphic design efforts to support our marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and engaging visual content that enhances online and offline presence.

    Web Development & SEO: Direct web development projects, ensuring our sites are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and optimized for search engines to enhance visibility and engagement.

    Project Management: Demonstrate exemplary project management skills, steering marketing projects from concept to completion within the stipulated timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

    Videography & Photography: Utilize and manage videography and photography teams to tell compelling brand stories, engaging audiences across digital platforms.

    Qualifications and Skills:
