    Role Purpose

    We're redefining the future of learning at Nedbank. As a Specialist in Learning Design and Development, you'll leverage your business acumen and learning expertise to design cutting-edge learning architectures that deliver real business impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    In this dynamic role, you'll provide expert learning experience design consulting and implementation skills, translating business strategies into impactful learning solutions. You'll partner with business SMEs and the Enterprise Learning Community to design and implement digital, blended, and augmented learning experiences that drive business value.

    Requirements

    • Leverage design thinking to develop commercially relevant learning experiences.
    • Manage large-scale learning projects from needs analysis to post-implementation support.
    • Lead and implement the technical production of learning experiences.
    • Drive a culture of continuous learning through exceptional learning experiences.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • 8-10 years of experience in learning experience design.
    • Relevant B-Degree or equivalent in Learning Experience Design or related field.
    • Proven track record in developing blended and digital learning solutions with significant business impact.
    • Expertise in UI/UX, learning technologies, and instructional design.
    • Strong project management skills and experience in agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and decision-making ability in collaborative environments.
