Job Title: Consultant Pathologist: Haematology - Gqeberha

This is a key position in the Haematology laboratory, responsible for performing tasks that ensure proper workflow. The successful candidate will have expertise in Haematology pathology and be able to advise clients on life-threatening results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise Clients on Life-Threatening Results
• Maintain Client Relations to Promote Ampath's Image
• Oversee Laboratory Operations and Administration
• Promotion of Professional Standards and Expertise
• Provision of Continuous Pathology/Clinical Laboratory Service
• Control and Monitoring of Results
• Result Verification and Reporting
• Participation in Peer Groups and Sign-out of Abnormal Results

Requirements:

• FC Path(SA)
• HPCSA Registration in Relevant Register and Practice Field
• MBChB
• M Med (Pathology)
