    Description

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at First Degree Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences by coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Check-in vehicles, confirm customer details, and obtain necessary authorizations.
    • Communicate with customers regarding work progress, invoices, and any additional services required.
    • Liaise with the workshop foreman to ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Monitor cash outstanding and work in progress, making follow-ups with customers as necessary.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or Aftersales Consultant.
    • Proven experience working in the MOTOR industry, preferably with a corporate-branded dealership.
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • Valid SA Driver's license and clear criminal record.

    Salary

    R14 000 per annum.
