Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • A formal qualification
  • At least 5 years in a senior management role in a highend restaurant
  • Multisite restaurant management experience
  • Strong business development background, with a sound sense of business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of F&B industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software
  • Strong focus on customer service
