    Management Couple required to manage luxury lodge in the Limpopo region.

    Plan and manage lodge operations effectively

    Be guest-centric to ensure great experiences.

    Innovative and creative - To drive hospitality at the lodge to new

    levels.

    Must be proven & experienced in managing, training, cost control

    and have strong administrative skills

    Relationship building, with staff, guests, the community, the

    industry (agents and other lodges)

    Strong leaders essential who have been in charge of employees before

    Must be able to cope under pressure to meet guests needs

    Good interpersonal skills and communication with staff and guests

    Computer and financial skills essential

    Effective leadership & management skills

    Drive the broader goals of the group as required by Head Office

    Attention to detail

    Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines

    Willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire

    others

    Essential Pre-requisites

    Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable

    Knowledge of OPERA Systems required, or similar PMS system

    Knowledge of Game Reserve Operations required

    Computer literate

    Able to handle pressure & difficult situations if required

    Able to multitask & deliver as required in accordance with

    company standards.

    Adherence to all company practices

    Leading, training and motivating the team

    Drive the lodges quality plan and implement all required standards

    Matric essential

    Good command of the English language

    Strong management couple who excel in Front of House, F&B,

    Lodge Administration & Operations Management

    Well-spoken and presentable

    Lateral thinking ability
