My client who trains clients a month across 8 countries, is looking for a strong key account manager who must come from the HR/Training/E learning space.


Job purpose and summary:


The Key Account Manager will work predominantly in a client facing role, assisting with growing the company's revenue by ensuring key clients are satisfied with services provided and up selling services where required, and by strategically managing existing client portfolios for the LMS platform, which includes the design, development and evaluation of training content and assessments in accordance with the client's needs.

The Key Account Manager will also be responsible in part for new business development by identifying and acquiring potential clients.

Duties and responsibilities


  • Product/industry knowledge and networking - Remain up to date with applicable events and trends in the HR, training and e-learning industry - Build relationships with key people in the HR, training and e-learning industry - Remain up to date with the various competitors in the market - Attend and/or participate in relevant conferences, workshops as identified and when required to build clientele and network at such events - Attend relevant training identified as and when required
  • Achieve targets with regards to signing up new clients - Identify and attract potential clients - Develop and present satisfactory demos to potential clients - Manage Proof of Concepts for potential clients - Draft and issue approved license agreements and contracts for new clients
  • Account management of all clients and maintenance of stakeholder relationships - Develop good relationships with key clients and maintain all aspects of client relationships to ensure they remain regular, satisfied clients - Increase client revenue through upselling and cross-selling - Ensuring all client issues and problems are resolved within the agreed SLA time frames when required - Provide clients with assistance on the development and creation of quality content and assessments aligned with their business requirements alongside the Learning Strategist - Work closely with all stakeholders in the creation of identified training content which includes video scripts, voice over recordings, storyboards and video creation - content prior to it being released to clients for use - Ensure clients and all new users receive appropriate training on the use of the platform as well as how to effectively use the reporting tools 5. Ad hoc administrative duties

Salary:
Up to R25,000.00 per month
