Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a vital Brand Ambassador, acting as the initial point of contact for our valued customers. We seek individuals who are passionate about resolving customer inquiries and providing information while ensuring a high standard of customer service in a friendly and empathetic manner. Our goal is to make every customer interaction a positive experience.

Purpose of Role
To provide exceptional customer service within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, fostering trust in our ability to handle customer information with the utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for customers; managing inbound and/or outbound communications to address customer inquiries, fulfill product requests, resolve complaints, and process necessary documentation.

The services we provide include:

(i) Engaging in conversations to identify customer needs; then

(ii) Inquiring to determine the underlying cause of the issue or requirement

(iii) Utilizing training and available tools to effectively address customer inquiries.

Required Experience
A minimum of 6 months in a customer service role.

Essential Skills
Proficiency in computer usage,

Strong command of English, both spoken and written,

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook,

Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute,

Preferred Experience
At least 12 months in a contact center environment.

Educational Requirements

Completion of Matric.
