About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including cash flow management, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Flow Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective cash flow management strategies to ensure the company's financial stability.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the company's financial assets are protected.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting and finance personnel to ensure the company's financial goals are met.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with advanced computer skills and knowledge of financial software.
• Skills:
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of financial software, including Pastel and BPO.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
