    About the Role

    Fusion Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. This is a key role that will contribute to the growth and success of our business.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including small-to-medium entrepreneurial businesses and high net worth individuals. They will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration and excellent client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    2. Account Planning: Create account plans for 360 clients, ensuring maximum value from Fusion services.
    3. Project Management: Manage project expectations and issues, producing and updating client matrices as required.
    4. Marketing Strategy: Develop bespoke marketing strategies for clients.
    5. Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings, and entertaining.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Previous account management experience in professional services, preferably within a similar industry.
    • Credentials: Knowledge of CRM systems and basic MS Office skills are desirable.
    • Skills: Excellent telephone and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.

    What We Offer

    • Salary and Commission: A competitive basic salary plus additional commission paid monthly.
    • Holidays and Benefits: 20 days holiday + Bank holidays increasing to 21 days after 1 year and 22 days after 2 years, private medical insurance, group life insurance, and birthday leave.
