Wealth Advisory Practice & Legal Manager, R30-R32K, Silverlakes area
Upmarket company in the Financial Services Industry providing Turnkey financial services requires the following:

The Practice Manager shall be responsible for managing the practice and providing support to Financial Advisors and helping achieve overall business goals, specifically focused on Financial Advisor support, client service, and all processes, communicating with clients by phone and in person, processing checks, preparation of mailings and support of client events.

Duties will include client appointment preparation, drafting of wills, paraplanning, implementation, compliance and any legal work.

Essential requirements:

Legal Degree, Degree in Investment Management or a similar degree
RE5 Certificate
CFP qualification
Excellent computer literacy

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with clients by phone and in person
Interact well with other office personnel and other business relations
Maintain client portfolios
Responsible for Compliance, training and business processes
Process new account paperwork, including preparation, transfer, and database updates
Follow up on queries /submissions
Maintain procedures for client service effectiveness
Prepare mailings and other communications in a timely manner
Assist with client events and other marketing support as needed
Complete all required training in a timely manner and recommend any additional training needed to be up to date and more effective with responsibilities
Strict adherence to client confidentiality policies and guidelines
Accurate business implementation
Drafting of wills
Legal work
Other duties as assigned.
