Responsibilities for A PAINT MANUFACTURING Production Planner

Schedule usage of PAINT production materials to ensure optimal production levels
Evaluate PAINT suppliers or quality, timeliness and match according to goals
Monitor PAINT material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage
Identify and resolve PAINT problems relating to inventory
Forecast market challenges based on PAINT competitor analysis and industry trends
Address issues regarding PAINT quality and production
Produce reports based on findings and performance of PAINT production
Manage deadlines based on project expectations

Qualifications for PAINT Production Planner

Continuous improvement and related methodologies (Lean (Project Management), Six Sigma, ALPS (Continuous Improvement Program) with a key focus on manufacturing and operations, in order to affect cost savings, improve customer service and enhance company profitability.
Completion of the relevant SAPMA/ BCF training modules would be an advantage
Technical certifications such as an SAMPA certification preferred
Prior experience as a PAINT production planner in the industry preferred
Good understanding of the PAINT industry market trends and conditions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills
Strong regard for product quality and safety standards
Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
Meticulous and diligent
Able to sit, stand and move around for long hours at a time
