Job-Related Skills & Education
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 13 years' experience in trading and/or investing will be a strong asset
- 23 years' experience in a technical support role or similar service / ops support role within the
- Extensive knowledge with client onboarding, banking, and trading
- API knowledge and experience
- Previous customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (most importantly excel)
- SQL knowledge and experience
- Previous Trading System Application experience is valuable
