    Our established client in the retail industry has an available vacancy for a meat expert

    Minimum requirements:

    • Proficient in Afrikaans and English
    • Sound knowledge of different meat cuts
    • Experience in butcheries
    • Relevant qualifications beneficial
    • Managerial experience
    • Ability to work retail hours

    Skills required:

    • Organisational skills
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Communication skills
    • Ability to operate machines in a butchery

    Duties will include:

    • Stock control
    • Supervise employees
    • Tend to costings
    • Hygiene control
