THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE
This growing group of dealerships is looking for an experienced Parts Administrator for their multi-franchised dealership.

You will be responsible for assisting the Parts Manager in managing and coordinating parts orders, ensuring accurate stock management, and tracking.

You will also maintain a database of parts, including pricing, availability, and specifications and perform regular stock checks.

Our client requires at least 5 years of Parts Administration experience at a franchised dealership with working knowledge of Drive/Keyloop/CDK.

Job Requirements
Must have at least 5 years of RECENT Parts Administration experience in a franchised motor dealership

Working knowledge of Keyloop/CDK/Autoline or similar

Attention to detail and numerical accuracy

A stable work history

Reliable and contactable references

Qualifications
Matric Certificate

A valid Drivers License
