Description
Ability to produce pixel-perfect and brand-consistent UI design prototypes that viscerally move all stakeholders.- Ability to interpret and make decisions based off UX artifacts such as personas, user journeys, and maps, sitemaps, user flows, page flows, empathy maps, etc.
- Fundamentally understands the importance of layout & grid systems, typography, color theory, iconography, imagery microanimations, and transitions.
- Ability to design responsively in a way that facilitates the development team's rollout.
- Ability to design, communicate and hand over UI kits, pattern libraries and style guides that would then inform design systems.
- Ability to contribute to ideation and workshop sessions.
- Ability to present and defend thinking with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a collaborative environment with the UX and development teams to create topperforming solutions for clients
