    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team at SKG Field Services, a leading property company in South Africa.

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for our clients. This includes managing a team of HVAC technicians and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Maintenance Management

    • Oversight of all HVAC installations and maintenance throughout our portfolio.
    • Supervision of internal and external teams of HVAC technicians.
    • Assistance with on-site fault finding and diagnosis.
    • Preparation of maintenance schedules (PPM) and registers of all assets.
    • Liaison with tenants regarding breakdowns and maintenance issues.
    • Adjudication of costs for approval.
    • Collaboration with appointed engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Ability to design and specify HVAC systems, including calculations and system selection.
    • Regular site visits to assess and report on HVAC system performance.
    • Management of service providers' Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    Customer Service Management

    • Liaison with tenants to resolve building maintenance queries in a timely manner.
    • General management of tenant-landlord relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Builing strong relationships with contractors to achieve effective collaboration.
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant Acts and regulations.
    • Implementation and governance of processes and systems to minimize business risk and ensure compliance.
