    Job Overview
    We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing our communications strategy, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    * Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives
    * Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve communications goals
    * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform communications decisions
    * Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute business plans
    * Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality communications campaigns
    * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners

    Requirements
    * 8 years of experience in a senior communications role, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position
    * Post-graduate degree in Communications or equivalent
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups
    * Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective communications strategies
