Job summary
This role will manage all aspects of the P&L and Balance sheet within Supply Chain undertaking activities such as inventory reporting and stock controls management of production cost in category P&L CAPEX management audit and controls support Site teams on cost management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure robust governance control systems are maintained adhered to li Ensure adequate controls financial hygiene of all areas at Factory ul Ensure integrity balance sheet income statement appropriate levels checks balances Drive delivery timely accurate reporting requirements li Ensure Unilever Standard Chart Accounts compliance li Ensure stock controls compliant SOX(li Journals write offs provisions done accordance Schedule Authority)li Operational controls factory regarding processing credit notes urve drive controllable costs reducing Cost Per Ton Net Productivity Deliver business waste reduction programme factory its PARTICIATE transformation project squads/teams Manage Production budgets stock flows balances Annual budgets done accordance global product costing guidelines factories Update master data information products sourced Collaborative Variance analysis budget forecast over under spends done monthly SAP errors corrected Drive cost reductions meet Rton targets Steer Business Performance provide Decision support Provide accurate relevant business insights analysing available information designated best practice tools Drive coordinate forecasting process help business make reliable decisions includes budget financial forecasts etc Guide deliver key projects pipeline actively ensuring government incentives maximised monthly variances giving insight areas need focus factory performance not great Consolidate report total supply chain saving initiatives actuals forecasting basis ensure savings governance across projects
