JOB PURPOSE
Seeking for an IT Analyst to design and implement functional cost
- efficient IT Systems.

You should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs ,
Excellent communication skills and problemsolving abilities are essential.
The goal will be to leverage tech solutions to meet organizational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-
Essential Requirements_

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role
Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint
35 years of experience as a business analyst

Desirable Requirements_

SAP Municipal system experience
Business Acumen

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT SOLUTION_

Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Develop and analyze functional specifications.
Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs

BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS_

Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions.
Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs to different teams.
Gather feedback from end users about system performance.

Is aware of when to promptly escalate issues to the appropriate parties in order to find a solution.
Portray collaborative attitude.
Provide feedback, upward and downward.
Provide advice and technical training.
