    Description

    Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking

    Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

    We are seeking a qualified professional to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and National Credit Act (NCA) regulations. This includes conducting new business audits, implementing a risk-based approach to KYC, and minimizing operational risks. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate KYC compliance, and perform risk assessments.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Type of Qualification: Advanced Diploma

    Field of Study: Banking or Law

    Experience Required

    Client Regulatory Services: Operations

    3-4 years of experience in general banking regulatory and compliance. Fundamental knowledge and experience in KYC, risk management, and data confidentiality.

    Fundamental Understanding: Swift Messaging, Client Services, and Data Protection Regulations.

    Salary: R 300,000 - R 500,000 per annum.
