Description

You will be transporting passengers to and from various designated points and following a pre-planned route according to a definite time schedule in accordance with the Operational Manager's specifications.

As a driver of HGTS, your priority is the comfort and safety of the client.

Basic duties you will be responsible for:

  • Inspect the vehicle before driving
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness
  • Checks water, gas, oil and mechanical condition before driving
  • Report delays and accidents on the road.
  • Keeps operational records and makes simple reports.
  • Reports defects or problems with vehicles to Fleet manager/supervisor on a daily basis.
  • Instructs passengers on safety precautions and practices

Requirements:


  • PDP & Licence (required)
  • 2 years of passenger experience
  • Clean criminal record
  • 25 years or older
  • First aid and fire fighting training (beneficial)
  • Customer service training (beneficial)
  • Defensive driving training (beneficial)
  • Any professional driver qualification (beneficial)

Salary:
R7,500.00 per month
