    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the quality department, overseeing areas such as control of non-conformances, SAP 8D reporting, gauges control, R&R studies, calibrations, and verification of production equipment.
    • Ensure timely updates to the customer portal for reports including customer scorecards, corrective, and preventive actions.
    • Co-ordinate Quality function to achieve monthly KPIs, including Monthly Quality cost, rejects, and reworks.
    • Oversee Integrated Quality Management Systems.
    • Conduct internal audits, provide training on customer requirements, manage records and data, maintain housekeeping standards, and monitor/control IMTE.
    • Control DRM equipment and standard work for the production line.
    • Adhere to the Integrated Quality Management Systems for the company, including updating Symbio system.
    • Compile and co-ordinate customer and internal corrective actions raised.
    • Organize corrective action meetings in all departments.
    • Plan annual audit schedules.
    • Assist regional auditors in conducting audits at other facilities.
    • Maintain company standards within the Quality department.
    • Report monthly KPIs and related topics to Central Quality department when required.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
    • 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production methods.
    • Profound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Kaizen, Kanban.
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
    • Experience as a moderator, trainer, and team builder.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
