    As a Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top talent in the finance sector to match the needs of our clients.
    Your primary duties will include:
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

    • Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry
    • Full 360 recruitment cycle
    • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for various finance roles.
    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
    • Providing expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and career advice.
    • Keeping abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. (With good academics)
    • Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
    • A track record of achievements
    • An ambition to be the best version of yourself
    • Must be between the age of 22 30
    • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the finance or financial services industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of finance roles, functions, and industry trends.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and driving business growth.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
    • Have own vehicle.
