    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Tooling Process Specialist to join our team at Network Contracting. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting supporting departments in pre-series build, supporting launch teams with facility functionality, and ensuring stability of assemblies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist supporting departments in pre-series build and launch teams with facility functionality
    • Ensure stability of assemblies and coordinate non-conformities with relevant parties
    • Investigate build/audit-related problems and implement corrective actions
    • Design and implement new/modified facilities or gauges to improve the building process
    • Provide feedback on corrective actions at Management Reviews
    • Manage problem sheets and ensure timely closure

    Qualification Requirements

    • National N Diploma/National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
    • At least 3 years technical experience in the automotive industry and extensive knowledge of the vehicle production process
    • 3-5 years Toolmaker experience or 3-5 years measuring experience in Jigs and Fixtures or Tooling
    • Familiarity with detailed technical drawings and fixture drawings
    • Proven analytical skills with an innovative approach to problem-solving
    • Ability to create detailed reports for distribution to relevant departments and Senior Management
