- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, bank personnel, product providers, and adviser support staff.
- Participate in lead generation activities and sales meetings to identify new business opportunities and leverage Absa's bancassurance structure.
- Assess client needs through recommended analysis tools, ensuring they understand the value proposition offered by AIFA.
- Prepare recommendations for risk and investment solutions based on individual client needs and profiles.
- Present recommendations to clients, adhering to FAIS regulations.
- Follow the designated client engagement process as specified by Absa Advisers.
- Provide regular feedback to Regional Managers on lead progress.
- Nurture relationships with stakeholders in Everyday Banking and other areas by attending meetings and social gatherings to promote Absa Advisers' value proposition.
- Maintain sales and growth targets.
- FETC: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
