Business Development Manager

Ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager sought to drive growth and revenue through strategic market analysis, opportunity identification, and exceptional sales negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Achieve Annual Profit Budgets: Collaborate with the Managing Director to set and achieve annual profit budgets.
Market Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities in the market.
Trade Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation and salesmanship skills to successfully close trade deals.
Client Relationships: Foster and maintain high-level relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to market regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Experience in Exports and Logistics: Proven knowledge of export procedures and logistical processes.
Sales Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated track record of successfully negotiating and closing sales deals.
FMCG Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products.

Key Skills:

Mathematical Understanding: Ability to read and analyze numbers/figures effectively.
INCO Terms Knowledge: Working knowledge of International Commercial Terms (INCO) on both buying and selling sides.
Creativity and Initiative: Display a creative and inventive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to take initiative.
Diverse Customer Handling: Maturity to manage a diverse range of customers effectively.
Attention to Detail: Big picture orientated, with a strong understanding of the importance of details.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
