    **Job Description:**

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English.

    A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in debt collecting or a similar field is essential for this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contact customers whose monthly debit orders have gone into arrears
    • Develop and implement payment plans to assist with monthly account payments

    While a tertiary qualification is beneficial, it is not essential. We welcome applications from motivated and results-driven individuals who can demonstrate their potential for success.
