Job Title: Finance Manager - Insurance Space

A dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager is required to lead the finance team in the Insurance space. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, regulatory and tax compliance, and strategic financial initiatives.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our client's dynamic finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving strategic financial initiatives and adding value in all parts of the finance function.

Main Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyse month-end results, preparing reports for the business and group.
Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and expense management.
Risk Management: Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures to mitigate risk.
Internal and External Audit Coordination: Facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
Taxation and Compliance: Prepare taxation calculations and submission of associated returns.
Financial Performance Analysis: Analyse financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
