- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is advantageous.
- Computer literacy: Experience with dealership software is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Valid driver's license.
- Newcastle residency required.
