Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy - Duty Manager / Eatery Manager
Luxury Hotel - Cape Town
Requirements:
- Minimum 45 Years experience in the Hospitality industry (either management or supervisory)
- To oversee our eatery staff and implement procedures.
- Hospitality degree or diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluent in multiple languages advantageous)
- Professional appearance that reflects the high lodge standards
- Strong leadership abilities
- Effortless problem solving and decisionmaking skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, front office, reservations and F&B
- Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud & Micros/Symphony skills)
