    Lead Developer Role at Network International

    We are seeking a skilled Lead Developer to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing scalable payment solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

    About the Team

    The team consists of 5-7 developers who report to a team leader, focusing on payment processing within our product suite.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Translate business requirements into detailed designs for implementation
    • Participate in estimation and planning discussions with the development team
    • Write and debug code using Java/Go
    • Develop back-end and front-end solutions using relevant technologies
    • Test and document developed code
    • Create and maintain integration, unit, component, and user acceptance tests
    • Identify and address potential security risks or performance bottlenecks
    • Refactor existing code as necessary
    • Mentor junior developers

    Requirements

    • Minimum 6 years' experience in professional software development
    • Bachelor's degree in IT or Sciences (highly advantageous)
    • Experience in fintech or payment industry (desirable)
    • Extensive knowledge of Java and Golang
    • Understanding of Microservices and Web API integration
    • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
    • Experience working on large-scale software projects
