    Job Summary: Sales Administrator role involves managing sales processes, tracking stock levels, and coordinating exports.

    Sales Administrator

    The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

    • Converting sales quotes to yard instructions
    • Creating invoices for outgoing stock
    • Tracking minimum and maximum stock levels
    • Coordinating midrand and export stock transfers

    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Creating quotes and invoices as needed
    • Preparing border documents, commercial invoices, and packing lists
    • Managing walk-in customers, invoices, payments, and allocations

    Weekly tasks include:

    • Sending stock order requirements every Thursday
    • Preparing weekly reports

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of imports and exports (preferred)
    • 5+ years' experience with QuickBooks or Pastel accounting (preferred)
