Writing

Research, collect information, conduct interviews with clients, compile templates and questionnaires, etc.

Write stakeholder elements1 according to the client brief, technical requirements and applicable frameworks

Advise clients and collaborate with them on content, process and structure for their stakeholder reports considering the client's brief, their chosen reporting framework(s) and best practice

Thought leadership and innovation, including research and training, to enhance GMF's reputation and improve internal intellectual capital

Sales and upselling, including developing new products and services

Administration and workflow adherence

Company and/or department initiatives and company culture

Any other responsibilities delegated by line manager


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Proficient in all forms of communication in English

A relevant business management qualification, degree or diploma

Own reliable transport and ability to travel as required

Experience

Minimum of 3 years similar experience in report writing.

Some business knowledge


Microsoft Windows:


Advanced Level:
Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Previous annual report, integrated report or sustainability report writing experience

Exposure to the print or digital industries or journalism

Previous experience in the financial industry

Skills and Knowledge

Knowledge of the IIRC Framework, GRI Standards and King IV

Great verbal and written communications skills, and good presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Ability to identify and manage interdependencies and risks between GMF and the client, and between advisory and other internal teams

Ability to network and build relationships

Awareness of market trends that influence business and reporting

Maintain current professional knowledge and skill within area of expertise

Sales and negotiation skills
