SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Skillset and background

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years' proven experience supporting a senior executive.
  • Must be 100% fluent in English with excellent communication and written skills.
  • Display discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work flexible hours.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own transport.

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Support CEO in all aspects of his daily routine, including diary management.
  • Work with international clients based mainly in England and Ireland.
  • Act as the point of contact, managing the information flow in a timely and efficient
manner.

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Routinely perform a wide range of support duties.
  • Keep the CEO advised of timesensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate followup.
  • Attend high level meetings and take minutes.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Other additional duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments / staff as needed.
