SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Skillset and background
- Appropriate tertiary qualification.
- 3 to 5 years' proven experience supporting a senior executive.
- Must be 100% fluent in English with excellent communication and written skills.
- Display discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work flexible hours.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own transport.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Support CEO in all aspects of his daily routine, including diary management.
- Work with international clients based mainly in England and Ireland.
- Act as the point of contact, managing the information flow in a timely and efficient
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Routinely perform a wide range of support duties.
- Keep the CEO advised of timesensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate followup.
- Attend high level meetings and take minutes.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Other additional duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments / staff as needed.
