A vacancy exists for a Logistics Co-ordinator - Donor Division (Grade B5)

Main Purpose of the job:


  • Coordinates all Packing room, Mobile clinic dispatch and Transport functions
  • Management of clinic assets and stock
  • The daytoday planning and coordination of the Service transport, mobile packing room and warehouse requirements according to work instructions
  • Efficient staff rostering, and costeffective utilisation of fleet vehicles
  • Ensuring optimal and costeffective stock levels, secured contents, and adherence to stock issuing schedule in warehouse
  • Using Webfleet vehicle monitoring system
Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • Certificate in Fleet / Procurement management
  • Code C Driver's license without endorsements, and valid PrDP
  • Computer literate
  • Supervisory/ Management Certificate would be advantageous
  • 4 years of experience in Donor clinic
  • Supervisory experience will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Sage Evolution will be an added advantage

  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Coordination and problemsolving skills
  • May involve shift work and after hours call out duties, e.g. when short staffed.
