Key Performance Areas:

We drive the successful deployment of LIFE, focusing on strategic initiatives that enhance Production Lead Times, Quality, and Productivity.

We develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and facilitate change management efforts to ensure seamless operational transitions.

As Master Trainers, we lead the LOFT system, providing expertise and guidance to team members.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is essential for this role.

2-5 years of proven experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) / Lean Manufacturing functions or equivalent is required.

A background in 6 Sigma would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Lean manufacturing Applications, Value Stream Mapping, Presentation methodologies, and Problem solving methodologies.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
