    Purpose of role:

    • The HRIS & Analytics Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the HRIS software for an organization or company. As part of the HR team, they manage data related to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
    • In addition to ensuring that the HRIS system is functioning properly, the HRIS & Analytics Manager also ensures that employees are able to access and update their personal information using the system. In addition, they analyze HR data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving HR processes.
    • In the HR department, the HRIS & Analytics Manager role combines the responsibilities of both an HR manager and an IT specialist, helping to manage HR data and ensure that the department functions effectively.

    Main Responsibilities


    Perform application upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support
    Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
    Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
    Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries
    Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data
    Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required

    Supervising the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems.
    Recording and processing employee information including annual leave, salaries, and working hours.
    Supporting management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS.
    Maintaining data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.
    Working alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.
    Designing user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
    Overseeing all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.
    Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.

    Education and Qualification


    Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, or a related field.
    A minimum of 3 years experience in an HRIS & Analytics Manager position.
    Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems.
    Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
    Background in market research and project management
    Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS)

    Knowledge and Skill

    Proven work experience as an HRIS & Analytics Manager or similar role
    Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff

    Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
