Are you someone who can:

  • Keep abreast of emerging industry standards, best practices, industry challenges, upcoming legislation, operational requirements and technology changes related to the eGRC environment.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in the eGRC and develop practical solutions to implement innovative practices
  • Design, implement, deploy, maintain and support technological platforms
  • Build relationships that allow for the managing of expectations; the sharing of knowledge and diverse insights; and the creation of buyin
  • Ensure the development, alignment, mapping and implementation of endtoend processes aligned to the customer journey map
  • Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology and platform enablement
  • Identify development needs and select effective solutions to address own development need
  • Prepare a personal development plan with management to implement and review as required
  • Monitor own progress against development plan and measure impact of results
  • BCom/ B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Informatics/ Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in SQL database query languages as well as advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access experience
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Good skills in research, analysis, automation, agile methods, project planning and implementation
  • Datafeeds/ integration knowledge and experience
  • APIs knowledge
  • Experience with Audit Management, Issue Management, Risk Assessments, Compliance Management, Policy Management
