    Job Description:

    Essential Job Functions:


    • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technology challenges and delivering customized solutions.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions that address clients' technology challenges.
    • Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
    • Provide insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division.
    • Assist in overseeing the financial performance of the division, adhering to budgets, and ensuring profitability.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.
    Basic Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in consulting

    Proven experience:
    Strong experience in consulting with a record of successful projects

    Proficiencies:
    Solid understanding of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology


    • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
    Other Qualifications:


    • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA)
    • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus
