Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Stock Management Specialist to join our team at Meondoholdings. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping, packing stock in stores, and adhering to merchandising standards.

About the Role

• This is a key position that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that stock levels are maintained in stores and reporting low stock levels to the relevant teams.
• Maintaining stock take and stock control is also an essential aspect of this role.
• You will work closely with suppliers to receive stock and ensure that all stock has appropriate pricing labels.
• In addition, you will engage with customers to implement brand priority documents and follow up on any discrepancies from suppliers.
• You will also escalate complaints to the supervisor/KAM/Sales rep depending on the nature of the complaint.
• Duties as required by the Production Manager must be adhered to.
• Adhering to safe practices within stores environment is crucial.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in retail merchandising is required for this role.
• Grade 12 certification is mandatory, and a tertiary qualification(s) would be an added advantage.
• You must have excellent numerical skills and computer literacy.
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure are essential requirements for this role.
• A valid driver's license would be an added advantage.

Estimated Salary

R 60,000 - R 80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
