We are looking for an experienced and driven Buy Store Manager to lead a small team for our client at their Midrand location. They are well-established and have been operating locally for 28 years. They require a talented individual who can manage buying, stock management, and team management.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's buying process, negotiating prices, and inventory levels to ensure that the store has sufficient stock to meet customer demand while avoiding overstocking.

Full training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this challenging and rewarding position, which offers ample opportunities for growth and advancement within the business.

Strong understanding of stock turnover, cash flow and stock storage control.

Test goods and ensure that the items are in working order.

To ensure all customers are satisfied with the price and service they receive for their goods.

To create healthy relationships with customers which facilitates their return.

Check that entrance and windows are clear.

Organise Buy Shop with replenishments of cleaning goods, stationery, testing equipment etc.

Making sure customer and stock details are completed correctly and captured in the book/system.

Ensure stock is ticketed and priced to store standard before it goes to the storeroom.

Oversee and manage your team members.
