    Description

    **Business & Commercial Banking Project Manager Role**

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a portfolio of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and project managers to deliver large-scale business solutions within scope, cost, and quality parameters.

    The successful candidate will review change plans, oversee planning and implementation mechanisms, and engage with project teams to ensure effective communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring of change impacts.

    This role requires a strong understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to upskill and train team members as needed, ensuring all aspects of the project remain compliant and minimize risk exposure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale business solutions
    • Review and refine change plans to ensure effective implementation
    • Oversee planning and implementation mechanisms for communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
    • Maintain awareness of project status and adapt plans accordingly
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

    Requirements

    • First degree in Business Commerce or Project Management
    • At least 10 years of experience in leading teams of project managers on large-scale change programs
    • Strong leadership and project management skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
