Zoho CRM Expert (BPO/Consulting)

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years work experience with Zoho specifically required.
  • Examples of previous work done in Zoho from an architectural point of view in terms of building processes etc will be very advantageous.
  • Remote Position (Need to be able to work during load shedding).
  • Flexible hours.
  • Bachelors degree in business or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM (architecture)
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM topics, data and automation/workflow
  • Minimum experience of complete configuration and setup (incl. workflows and logic) for at least one customer in Zoho CRM

Responsibilities

  • Challenge and improve existing concept the setup of Zoho CRM
  • Development of connection/data transfer to Asana
  • Maintaining connection with Zoho campaigns Zoho Books and its logic
