Responsibilities:


  • Analyze order processing and fulfillment processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement changes and enhancements to the order fulfillment process
  • Monitor and track order fulfillment metrics to measure performance and identify potential issues
  • Work with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Provide training and support to team members on order fulfillment processes and systems
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in order fulfillment and logistics
  • Identify and address customer feedback and concerns related to order fulfillment

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Order Fulfillment Specialist, Supply Chain Coordinator, or similar role
  • Experience in the metal fabrication environment or pipe fitting Industry will be an advantages
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and logistics
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing order fulfillment processes
  • Proficient in using order management systems and other relevant software
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
