• 3 year Degree or Diploma.

• Experience in the Automotive and/or Motorcycle sector is essential.
• Dealership experience is a non-negotiable requirement.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Business Development / Brand / Sales Management position.
• Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority
• Confident
• A highly performance-oriented approach.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen is required.
• Thorough understanding of profit/loss and financial performance.

• Manage the dealer network in Africa.
• Provide reports and analysis relevant to the sales activity for the region.
• Manage order process including order planning between dealer network and OEM's.
• Manage the pricing function, in collaboration with the marketing and finance departments.
• Participate in the budget process relating to the sales function and target setting.
• Ensure alignment of the marketing function and the sales.
• Ensure sales training is in place for region as per training plan.
• Regular dealer visit's in-country.
• Conduct dealership audits.
• Review of the dealership's sales performance vs. targets
• Review and analyse market share and performance vs competitors.
• Check dealer debtors and ensure process/limitations are being followed
• Ensure company policies/processes are being followed within the dealership
• Action plans for improvement of sales volumes.
• Ensure correct model mix
• Check ageing stock and ensure actions plans are in place.
• Ensure staff training has been followed by the dealer
