    Project Governance Manager

    To drive business change that delivers value through the structured implementation and delivery of projects against time, resource, money and scope constraints.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure adherence to project management practices and internal audits of projects.
    • Capture accurate time from teams logging against projects.
    • Onboard new projects in a timely manner.
    • Identify and implement operating procedures to improve efficiency.
    • Adopt and enhance Jira and Confluence tools for better collaboration.
    • Provide regular project office reporting and scorecard reviews.
    • Track and report department project KPIs.
    • Distribute release communications to stakeholders on project benefits.

    Requirements:

    • P3O (Project, Programme and Portfolio Offices) certification.
    • 5-7 years of project management experience.
    • Ability to negotiate and be assertive with people at all levels.
    • Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools.
