Role Overview

Our Graduate Programme - Recruitment Administrator is designed to provide recent university graduates with a comprehensive introduction to the recruitment field.

This programme aims to equip graduates with practical skills, exposure to the recruitment process, and insights into the inner workings of the industry.

Graduate Programme Recruitment Administrator


Duration: 6 months (possibility to extend into permanent role)

Cape Town


Requirements:

Recent university graduate with a relevant degree.
Strong interest in recruitment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in initial CV reviews and assessments.
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Engage in administrative tasks such as data entry and file management.
Contribute to social media content creation and digital marketing efforts.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Gain exposure to various tools and software used in recruitment.
